All our programmes have been modelled on the highly successful programmes developed by Women Unlimited - a US based company featured on CBS, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune and Working Women among others; founded in 1994 by Jean Otte, Women Unlimited has partnered with top organisations in corporate America to help attract, retain and develop emerging high potential and executive women. Jean continues to provide valuable mentorship in the development of Valeska and our programmes for our specific target markets.

A programme for committed, achievement oriented post start up women business owners who don't believe they have the time to balance their life and their business, let alone time for their own development! Designed for women who want to connect with like minded women business owners who 'get it'; to accomplish more in less time and to gain personal, emotional, spiritual and financial fulfilment in order to accelerate personal and business growth. Women come together from diverse businesses, with input from mentors and experts to learn from each others experiences, successes and failures openly and honestly in order to attain what initially seemed impossible!
